Jaden is a new prospect whom I became familiar with during the first part of the AAU season. He can do a little bit of everything to impact winning, including multi-positional defending, two-way rebounding, and scoring in the paint in transition and the half-court. He’s got some intriguing physical tools to his game as well, but I don’t have his best position nailed down at this early stage.

Gadson has been off to an excellent spring season with Palmetto City Hurricanes , and he was back at it this weekend in Rock Hill. On Saturday, he had the game-winning free-throw in overtime, then followed it up with 12 points and 4 rebounds in a tight round-two loss. It is easy to see the skill he has on the offensive end, whether he’s creating shots for himself or attacking in transition. Jaden was comfortable in the mid-range and has solid length to finish over people at the rim. As he continues to grow physically and stretch out his game to the perimeter, Gadson could be a really solid player out of the Columbia area.
