His handle and toughness have spoken volumes about his game since the beginning of his sophomore season where he has a strong knack for scoring off the bounce. Defensively, Taylor plays with a ton of activity where he can guard on and off the ball at a high level. Offensively, he continues to make his teammates better and plays under control without turning the ball over.

He can also create his shot whether it’s off the bounce or the catch. On the defensive end, Taylor is very disruptive when it comes to covering the passing lanes as he has a strong nose for the ball. He utilized his athleticism when it came to finishing around the rim and was unafraid to get to the free throw line. The 6-1 rising senior combo guard has transferred from Edgewater to The Rock for the upcoming season. Taylor is at his best when he is scoring at the front of the rim through traffic while absorbing contact. Taylor has a smooth handle and is an excellent passer on the run as well as explosive when it comes to shooting from the mid-range. Taylor is also an underrated rebounder for his size using every dose of his athleticism to battle the boards against bigger players. The 6-1 junior guard is a reliable ball handler and can also be a facilitator when he plays off the ball. During his high school season at Edgewater, Taylor averaged 13.0 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game. Taylor has a very mature game which has created attention as he can score in a variety of ways as well. Taylor currently holds an offer from Stetson University.

The 6’0 junior guard was recently voted to the All-Metro Team for his high school of Edgewater (17-11) after finishing the season with 13 points per game, 3.7 rebounds, and 3.3 assists. Taylor led his team to an impressive season and a trip to the regional state semifinals. He is a mature point guard with reliable ball handling skills and a decent jump shot from mid-range or behind the arc. Taylor currently holds an offer from Stetson University. 

The 6’0 junior guard has found his rhythm this season while leading Edgewater with 14.7 points and 3.3 assists. Taylor can hit the mid-range jumper and shoot from behind the arc. Really good motor and high IQ needed to excel at the next level with a smaller frame. Taylor has a balanced offensive attack which can open the floor for teammates to get open shots.
