St. Joseph have yet to be tested this season, but the efficiency Eric has been playing with is extremely impressive. On Thursday against Destiny he put up 25 points on 12-16 shooting, all while dishing out 9 assists in the process. He keeps the game simple and is able to capitalize on the smallest of errors from a defender. Kenesie beat his man to the rim with some hard backdoor cuts, came off screens tight to get all the way to the basket, and used his change of speed to get to his spots for mid-range jumpers. Really impressed with his passing vision by zipping in some dimes from the perimeter, while also drawing in help defenders on the drive before locating an open shooter. All-around dominant performance from the senior.

Eric seemingly came out of nowhere to take home Kenosha County Player of the Year as a junior. He put up some huge scoring totals which included a 51 point outburst at the state tournament! Kenesie is an offensive weapon as he can score from just about any spot on the floor, and is so crafty off the ball finding ways to get himself into open space for shots/lay-ups. He’s a flash in transition as he can push the ball so quickly to beat every other player up the floor. Works hard defending on the ball and is capable of forcing turnovers that he turns into offense on the other end. Eric just has natural basketball instincts, and it allowed him to average 22.7 points and 6.2 assists per game as a junior.
