Not sure there was a player with a higher motor at Hatchet House Hysteria than Elyas Zapata Elyas Zapata 6'4" | SF Decatur Central | 2026 State IN . The physical, versatile inside-out forward was making plays on both sides of the ball with his effort. He’s a mismatch problem for his size. He had a nice blend of size, strength, and speed. He can take smaller defenders down on the block and punish them while also being skilled on the perimeter to use his speed to get past them or shoot over the top. Defensively, he’s effective guarding bigs or guard with the same intangibles as he has on the offensive end. He has good foot speed and length to keep up with guards while having the strength to guard bigger players down in the post.
