Eschmeyer lit up Section 7 with his perimeter shooting, leveraging his positional size to shoot over contests with ease. A fairly quick pull-up shooter, he is capable of relocating for shot attempts, setting up his feet quickly. Including 39 points versus McClintock and 41 versus ALA, his ability to heat up at one of the summer’s biggest stages deserves recognition.

Eschmeyer brings two-way upside alongside a perimeter skillset moldable under many circumstances. Capable spacing the floor off the catch or ripping past opponents for pull-up jumpers in the mid-range. Few forwards at his size in the state bring his perimeter based skillset, certainly showing potential as a wing at the next level. Defensively, Eschmeyer is an excellent shot blocker, posting 4 blocks per game this past season which landed him fifth in the state among all players. Particularly as a help side defender, they do an excellent job waiting until the last possible second to get up without fouling. His continued growth handling the ball will be fascinating, given his shotmaking ability along the perimeter. Eschmeyer holds an offer from Loyola Maryland.
