Expert Analysis
Kyler Staley | Prep Hoops Scout
Meador has proven to be one of the strongest bench pieces in the state and really provides a spark off the bench for a stacked Center Grove team. At around 5’11, this guard is an extremely tough player on both ends of the floor that plays with good pace on the ball and knows how to get his way through the defense was also being a capable shooter 15ft-and-out. He is recently coming off an 11-point performance in Center Grove’s loss vs Attucks at Sneakers for Santa and that type of scoring production is what you can mostly expects from him every game. An important X-Factor for the Trojans.

Named one of the top performers from the event, this Center Grove High School point guard impressed early and often with his playmaking skills in the backcourt. Meador is an excellent ball handler and plays with good pace off of ballscreens or in the court. He can knife his way through the defense in transition, get to the paint in the half court, and showed the ability to score consistently from the mid-range. Crafty finisher, good passer, and capable shooter.

Center Grove graduated a pair of talented guards last season which will open the door for this 5’10” point guard to take on a larger role as a senior. Meador looked ready to do so throughout the summer with Indiana Elite Green and then turned in a very strong performance on Sunday at the Top 250 Expo. He is a skilled playmaker that consistently scored off of the dribble and created open shots for his teammates as well. Competes hard.
