About Dylan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Attacking, Play Fast and Downhill, 3 Level Scorer, Strong rebounder for a guard, active defender. Led team in Scoring, Steals and second in Rebounding.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Driven, Hardworking, Very Competitive, Leader that plays the right way and does whatever is needed to help the team win.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I also play varsity Lacrosse at Flint Hill.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Played varsity since freshman year and grown in to leadership role as a Junior. Leading the team in scoring, steals second on team in rebounding.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of my closest friends on and off the court (and top players) transfered going into my junior year (this past season). Everyone asked me/encoraged me to transfer. I decided to stay (I'm loyal and love my coach). I knew it was going to be a tough season (7 seniors graduating and losing our big man). I took on the leadership role and challenge of leading the team.

What type of college are you looking for?

A coach that pushes me to be my best, but has a relationship with his players. One that values competive players that are willing to work hard. One that inspires me to want to run through a wall for him. I like to play at a pace and push in transition.

An above-average athlete with a high basketball IQ, Fletcher plays with pace, confidence, and control. His ability to score and manage the game makes him a strong college point guard prospect in the 2027 class.
