Dion Parker Dion Parker 6'5" | PF Democracy Prep | 2027 NV utilized his size and athleticism to cover ground on the defensive end. Which allowed him to alter shots. He also hunted down rebounds and wisely found his guards immediately after securing them. On offense, Parker was fed the ball inside and he dropped in lay-ups.

Dion Parker Dion Parker 6'5" | PF Democracy Prep | 2027 NV grabs the #8 slot. He is a very assertive player on offense when he wants to be. Many defenders have a difficult with how physical he during his drives and he makes shots through contact. On defense, Parker utilizes his frame and length to alter shots or swipe the ball away.

He was one of Democracy Prep’s more reliable players this season, and he was valuable on both ends of the court for them. On offense, he had a couple of games where he found his rhythm and got downhill consistently (ie the Mojave game when he had 20 points). On defense, he usually had to cover the opposing team’s taller forwards. Although they had the size advantage, Parker still caused turnovers.

Dion Parker Dion Parker 6'5" | PF Democracy Prep | 2027 NV looked like he was on a mission to get the win on Saturday. From the beginning of the game he played aggressive on offense. Mojave had a tough time slowing him down and he just kept getting points in the paint. Perhaps his most impressive play of the day was a spin move to a lay-up that he pulled off perfectly. He also had two nice assists in overtime and finished the game as DPAC’s leading scorer.

Dion Parker Dion Parker 6'5" | PF Democracy Prep | 2027 NV played with assertiveness on the offensive end. Which resulted in him making a decent amount of shots inside the paint. He also got the Mater East bigs into some foul trouble, but the Blue Knights just didn’t take advantage of the situation. On defense, he battled with seniors Kenden Jones and Lonnie Bass Jr Lonnie Bass Jr 6'8" | PF Mater East | 2025 State NV . for rebounds and positioning. While they got the better of him a couple times, he did come down with some impressive boards.

Dion Parker Dion Parker 6'5" | PF Democracy Prep | 2027 NV is a solid rebounder and interior scorer. He can shoot over other players, but also has a few post moves in his bag. When it comes to his defense, he uses his wingspan to stifle opponents. Occasionally he comes up with blocks. He averaged 10.1 points last year, so I would say there’s a decent chance he averages a double-double this season.

I love Parker’s game. He’s a versatile do it all player that impacts every facet of winning for his team. Last year he sacrificed a ton of his offense to help his team secure a state title. This year expect him to breakout while showcasing his scoring and playmaking skills.
