Ehigie was in lanes on the defensive end to rebound and get steals. He does a nice job running the floor. I would like to see him strengthen his handle. He showed some flashes as a playmaker throughout the game with his athletic tools.

Ehigie is a mile long forward who has his fingerprints all over the game whenever he steps foot onto the floor. On the defensive end he was a magnet for coming up with steals and turning defense to offense. He had good timing when going up to contest shots. Ehigie showed he could put the ball on the deck and get to spots. He found others for scoring chances. Intrigued long-term by Ehigie as he continues to develop.

Ehigie is an explosive off the dribble scorer with a quick first step and tight dribble moves. That combination gets Ehigie to the rack for lay-ins as well as finishes with authority. Ehigie will not hesitate to rise up in traffic and punch it home on an opponent’s head. Obviously, all these assets make Ehigie a tremendous open court player. In addition to his at the rim scoring skills, Ehigie is a highly accurate 3-point shooter. Ehigie recently announced that he will reclass into the 2028 graduate year.     

The best kept secret on Westtown’s roster is this long and athletic wingprospect who is an explosiveoff the dribble scorer. Once Ehigie has used his quick first step and slick handles to blow past his man, he can slice through help defenders, and then elevate for a crowd-pleasing dunk. Ehigie can get to hoop by going to his left or right which keeps defenders guessing. If opponents elect to sag off Ehigie, he will torch the nets from deep all game. His transition scoring skills are extremely polished for a 2027 prospect. Earlier this week Ehigie posted 11 points (1 three) in a win over GFS. Last week Ehigie netted 13 points against Rocktop Academy on the strength of 3 made triples.
