The Wisconsin Lakers. 14U team won their 14U Championship Bracket First-Round matchup on Sunday morning because of a group effort. Even thought this was a win because of their team play, a huge momentum swing happened with about 5 minutes left in the second half and that is because of Davian White making three pointers. White hit three 3-pointers from each corner to help his team take the lead and keep it to secure the W in the end. White also demonstrated that he can get to the hole, finish through contact, and distribute if he is over-played defensively. This Lakers team is a nice. They are a group that play as a team and they understand when to attack their matchups on both sides of the ball. I’m sure they have had a good AAU season up to this point but I think their best is still yet to come.
