Grant is a confident guard that slowly found his stride over the Cougars’ 3-game stint in the South Granville Holiday Invitational. Eight of his 12 points came in the game’s fourth quarter and overtime periods. He was another player in the Wake Forest backcourt that stepped up in a big way in the double OT victory to lift them into the finals on Friday. He’s an unsigned senior guard for DII and DIII programs to keep an eye on.

Grant showed off his ability to be an effective scoring threat in the backcourt in the Cougars’ final day of action. He finished with 20 points and was a big reason for Wake Forest’s double-digit lead at the half. He didn’t falter when things got close though as he looked to get the ball to Alston inside for easy buckets. He’s a heady unsigned senior guard that DII and DIII schools in the area should take a look at.
