As one of the only players that played any type of valuable minutes for the Trojans last season, he is being looked upon to lead this group and he approached the game with a nice amount of energy. He attacked defenders to get to the basket for buckets, did not settle for the outside shot too often and his confidence seem to be infectious as the game went on and Pine Forest would go on a nice run in the second half.

He suited up for this event with Northwood Temple and was a bright spot for them offensively. He has impressive end to end speed, a solid ability to score the ball and is growing as a Point Guard.

We saw some flashes of what he could potentially be last season as he put together several big-time games which included a 30 Point game against Apex-Friendship. He’s a smaller guard but don’t let that fool you, he plays the game with toughness and has a gift for putting the ball in the bucket.

Last season he was a role player that provided a nice offensive spark for the team but this year he will be called on to be one of the leaders off the team on a nightly basis. He has a natural gift for scoring the ball, despite being smaller in height, he can score the ball in bunches and will have a chance to be a top 5-10 scorer in the city.
