Continue ReadingMade a very nice impact for his team inside the paint not only with his interior scoring but also his rebounding and defensive presence. He does plenty of the small things that often get overlooked by many such as: setting strong screens, moving without the ball and getting proper positioning for rebounds.
As one of the only players that played any type of valuable minutes for the Trojans last season, he is being looked upon to lead this group and he approached the game with a nice amount of energy. He attacked defenders to get to the basket for buckets, did not settle for the outside shot too often and his confidence seem to be infectious as the game went on and Pine Forest would go on a nice run in the second half.
Highlights
He played in limited minutes in their morning matchup due to a slight injury but looked like his usual self in their matchup against PFHS. His athleticism was on full display as he finished highlight plays above the rim, got into the passing lanes and showed his potential as a lock down defender.

He has a strong physique, balances his scoring and facilitating very well, doesn’t allow himself to get sped up and applies constant defensive pressure to whoever he is matched up against.

He took on the challenge of guarding one of the best 2024 prospects in the country on defense and did a solid job overall.
Highlights
After putting up some big-time scoring numbers on Thursday night, he followed that up with another nice performance against East Duplin. He got to his spots, played the game at the pace he wanted and was a very efficient scorer from start to finish.
