About Dante

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Small forward who is strong at defense but fully capable of knocking down shots when necessary. Strong at finding gaps in the defense and getting the ball to the best possible chance of scoring. Good at applying pressure and looking for opportunities to steal. Always hustling and fighting for every rebound.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Hard working, driven work ethic. Always trying to improve. Friendly, uplifting, and focused.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Constantly working on teamwork any way possible by helping any player I meet improve their game and focusing on bringing them up when they are down.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

When first playing basketball, did not start as a top player and did not see much playing time but through drive, determination, hard work, and practice constantly improved my game to eventually make the starting roster.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college or university with strong tradition and great academics that will consistently push me to better myself.

Dante had some nice moments defensively throughout the game. He’s a gritty defender who was able to guard the 1-3 spots on the floor with his length and agility. He moved his feet well laterally to pressure the ball against smaller guards, and was able to wall up and protect the basket if a player tried to drive on him. Offensively he stepped out to hit a corner three, and also had a nice floater to finish over the top of a long defender.
