Phillips checks in at No. 100 in the final rankings update for the 2025 class out of Cardinal Gibbons in the 919 area. He’s an underrated playmaker and scorer for the Crusaders who produced 12.7 points, 3.5 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game in his senior season. He knocked down 79 3-pointers on 36 percent shooting from deep in 2024-25 and remains an unsigned senior for DII and DIII programs to get eyes on.
