Damon is one of those players who can impact a game without scoring a single point. On Tuesday night he did just that as he picked up 5 steals and 5 assists in the win for Nicolet. He just works his tail off on the defensive end, constantly pressuring the ball. And when you combine his long frame with quick feet and that type of work ethic, it leads to plenty of mistakes from opposing ball handlers. Damon excels at forcing turnovers, getting out in transition, and then dishing it out to a sprinting teammate leading to two points. He’s the type of player who you love to have on your team but hate to go up against because of his motor and intensity.
