Sticking with our theme of future Crossroads League players, this Saint Francis signee was excellent on Sunday making a lot of tough shots off of the dribble while displaying excellent physical tools. Hood is a strong, athletic player at 6’4″ which makes him a consistent matchup problem on the perimeter. He can consistently score as a shooting threat or using his strength around the basket. We’ve always been high on Hood as a prospect here at Prep Hoops Indiana and he certainly looked good on Sunday.

is another wing that has seen his stock rise quite a bit over the years. He is coming off of a strong summer with
Indiana Ice
showing off his excellent tools physically, scoring ability at all three levels, and overall strength and athletic ability finishing at the rim. His recruitment is starting to pick up some steam with a great offer from St. Francis but he is still is majorly under-the-radar as we sit here before the season. With Delta being expected to be one of the better teams in 3A this season, lots of eyes should be on this electric wing.

After a strong summer with Indiana Ice on the 3SGB Circuit, Hood vaulted into the Top 30 of the Prep Hoops Indiana Prospect Rankings. The 6’3″-6’4″ wing has excellent physical tools, can score from all three levels, and uses his strength well on the way to the basket. He picked up an offer from Saint Francis, has a lot of other small college interest, and recently had Army come see a workout.

You don’t see many guys jump nearly 70 spots in the rankings. Admittedly, that probably means we had him a little too low the last time around, but this 6’3″ wing from Delta High School has had an excellent summer to prove he belongs much higher. Hood is a physical wing with good size. He attacks the rim aggressively off of the dribble, is very good in transition, and can make open three-point shots as well. His play with Indiana Ice on the 3SGB Circuit helped move him all the way up to #27 in the state.
