Damar Johnson Damar Johnson 6'0" | PG Sharon | 2028 State PA kind of started off slow, but in the ladder stretches of the game was a catalyst for Lincoln Park on offense. His quick first step was seen frequently being able to blow by defenders and live in the pain. He sought out contact which let him get to the charity stripe and connected on most of his chances from there. He also shows the ability to score from behind the arc and was able to connect on two threes. He can make a shot from deep but I don’t think he’s a sniper from behind the arc. Johnson was also able to find teammates for a scoring chance of their own. I feel like at times since he does play a multi-guard lineup he can get lost with all the guys on his team who all need to have the basketball in their hands. Johnson impacted the game in many different facets. He hit several shots from behind the arc. Johnson has a nose to come up with steals and was able to turn defense to offense. He showed that he could make plays for others with his vision of the floor and found others in timely spots.

Johnson left his mark on the game from the jump he plays with no fear and inserted himself in all facets of the game. He showed that he could score from behind the arc with 2 three pointers. He also got frequent paint touches. Johnson showed some craftiness when he was on the attack. Johnson had a few assists and put himself in good spots to get rebounds. Johnson needs to get stronger and I think that will come as time goes on. Something I want to see Damar improve at is learning how to play at different gears at times I felt like he only played at one speed throughout the game.
