Cooper impressed me during the 3v3 session of the showcase. At 6’6 he has a sturdy frame that can help him power his way to the rim for finishes, but he’s still agile enough to move his feet to defend on the perimeter. Matched up against one of the top wings in the class, Cooper did a great job of defending him in isolation, and getting a hand up to contest and make every shot difficult. Offensively he’s a threat to pull up from three, but was perhaps at his best rolling to the rim for two points.
