and I’ll do it again. He’s one of the best passers in the state, hands down. Charter had a pretty bounce pass feed to a cutter that ended up drawing a foul. Later, he threw an over the top down court pass that hit his teammate on target. Charter showed off a stutter step move that put his defender on his hip and earned him an easy layin.

I REALLY like this Clarkston team so I could have picked any number of players for this spot. But the senior guard needs to be seen. This is a good game as Clarkston tries to stay undefeated playing at Walled Lake Western. Charter has played some really good basketball. I think that he’s an elite passer and has a sneaky high upside. Tall, smart and efficient passers aren’t a dime a dozen.

I’ve always been VERY high on Charter as a player and prospect. We’d love to see his skill and upside in the gym. Charter has the positional height and strength to go with an elite basketball IQ. I really believe that he’s one of the best passers in the state. The Expo would be the perfect place for him to prove me right.

Charter, in my opinion, is one of the highest upside guards in the state. He carries a high basketball IQ and is a terrific passer. Charter holds the unique ability to pass through, around AND over the top of the defense. He can hit teammates in stride as well as effectively feed the post.

Charter is a player that I’ve always been very high on. I think that he’s one of the best passers in the state. Easily. He sees the floor so well and he makes the right pass at the right time. Charter can feed the post with bounce pass as well as over the top. His turnovers are few and far between in the process.

Charter is a special basketball player and an amazing young man. I’ve never even heard a whisper of negativity anywhere near him. Charter carries himself with class and that is evident in the way he plays the game of basketball. Charter thrives when his teammates are successful, and he knows it. He’s an elite passer that can over the top of the defense. Whatever program adds Charter at the next level will be getting a tremendous asset on and off the court.

Charter definitely has that combination of past and present player. He looks like the high school version of Magic sometimes with his ability to see the floor and pass over the top of the defenders. That being said, he has that modern day point guard build, where he can muscle up and play physically on both ends.

Charter is one of the best pure passers in the state if you ask me. He has good positional size, strength and vision. He can see over top the defense and deliver accurate passes in a variety of ways.

“Wow” is honestly the best description that I can give regarding Charter’s performance in a Clarkston win against Rochester. It was one of the best passing performances I’ve seen this season. Every pass was with a purpose and on target. It seemed like Charter connected with Hayden Flavin time and time again. Flavin would seal his defender and Charter hit him with a pass over top of the defense for a high percentage bucket. He even sliced through the defense with a pass when needed. Charter is a big and strong lead guard and he utilized that multiple times with physical rim attacks that led to points.
