Another small but talented guard from Washington, Crawley looks to attack the rim off the dribble routinely, putting constant pressure on opposing teams with his combination of speed and ball-handling. He’s a tough guard who doesn’t shy away from contact around the rim, si a willing rebounder, and a good passer.
One of several standouts for Cedar Rapids Washington — arguably the most talented team in attendance over the weekend — Chuck Crawley is an excellent complement to Fields in the Warrior backcourt.
A steady, on-ball and off-ball guard that can handle the rock, get out in transition and finish, shoot the three and make his free throws, all without turning the ball over, Crawley handles himself on the court perfectly alongside a star like Fields. An effort defender, too, Crawley can handle guards on the perimeter without getting into foul trouble.

already has an elite skill set at a young age. His offensive game was lethal. Chuck was an extremely aggressive driver who embraced contact and drew fouls at the rim. His handle was always in control, and he had no issue blowing by defenders. Chuck showed that he can stop on a dime and showcased his deep bag of spin move finishes around the paint. His shooting from outside was also very impressive. Off the catch, his mechanics were super quick. And in the midrange, he displayed an ability to pull up for shots out of his drives and hit them with his soft touch. All of these skills made the defense respect him greatly. This opened up his playmaking abilities. Allowing him to dime up his teammates once the defense collapsed. Chuck was no slouch on the other end of the floor. He played with great hustle throughout the games he appeared in and got many steals. He got in passing lanes and poked out opponents’ dribbles on many occasions. Chuck CrawleyChuckCrawley

displayed his all-around skill set at The Expo.
This is a class filled with small but talented guards, and Crawley is another. He can play with or without the ball in his hands, shooting it pretty well off the catch, and he’s great in the mid-range off the dribble. He understands how to get to his spots and subtly create space to get his shot off. He’s also skilled at getting to the rim and finishing through contact.
