Thacker has wasted no time showing he belongs. The freshman guard has been one of Mullen’s most reliable offensive options, scoring in a variety of ways while playing with extreme confidence. He’s comfortable shooting off the bounce, or moving for set shots, attacking closeouts, and creating looks for himself or teammates. The poise stands out for his age, and his ability to impact games nightly makes him a clear debut addition as he’s putting up 13.8 points a game which lands int he top-5 in the class.
