Braxton might have the highest ceiling of any player at the Freshman Showcase. He has great size and length that make him a presence on the defensive end. Around the rim, he is a good finisher, and I only expect that part of his game to improve as he gets older. Braxton is quick on his feet and showed the ability to guard all five positions. He also did a good job finding open teammates for kickouts when operating out of the post. Braxton is an athletic rim protector with serious potential.

On Saturday at Flyght Academy, Braxton put on a show for the Ohio Saints. Out of all the players I watched that day, he may have had the highest ceiling. Braxton is an ultra-athletic rim protector with legitimate guard skills. He combines the size and defensive presence of a forward with the speed, quickness, and ball-handling ability of a guard. Against BYS Basketball, he showcased his full arsenal — controlling the glass, pushing the ball in transition, and creating easy looks for teammates with impressive passing vision. A highly versatile forward with tremendous upside and long-term potential.
