In a camp littered with athletic forwards and big wings, there may not have been a finisher that we saw more explosive than Huckaby. The dynamic guard was constantly playing above the rim whether attacking off the bounce, crashing in for offensive boards, or flying ahead of the play in transition. Not just an athlete, he flashed some nice refinement to his scoring package during the Top 60 all-star game.

Bloodlines are in his favor, with Huckaby’s dad having starred for Boston College before a pro career overseas. He looks the part of an immediate contributor at Hamden Hall with clear long-term upside to tap into further.
