This rising sophomore point guard looks ready to take over ball handling duties for South Bend Riley High School. He did a great job on Tuesday evening handling the consistent ball pressure that Gary 21st Century threw at him. Neely Jr. is “just” about 5’8″ but had no issue taking care of the ball and winning one-on-one matchups to either go score himself or find an open teammate while attacking the basket.
