Davis is an efficient spacer that lit it up in a quick manner during the late afternoon Saturday game. Regardless of size if you can shoot it you can shoot it and he fits that role to a T. He went 3 for 3 in a quick manner beyond the arc in the first half and had another dagger in the 2nd to help swing momentum quickly. Continued to be impactful on the defensive end and running the floor at a quick rate as an off guard. An agile scrappy combo with a tight handle and will fill it up with range.

We saw Davis III play a handful of times over the summer and were impressed with his offensive ability. He is a small, but very aggressive guard that is unafraid of attacking the basket and playing against size. Davis III is a creative finisher at the end of his drives and plays off of two feet which allows him to make good decisions as a playmaker as well. The South Bend Riley High School guard will have a chance to earn some minutes as a junior.

Watching this 5’7″ guard go off for 26 points while playing up a year with Brook Town Force 17u on Sunday morning was very, very impressive. What he may lack in height, Davis III more than makes up for in strength and physicality. He has a very strong, compact frame that he uses to play through contact off of the dribble and absorb contact from larger defenders when he finishes inside. Davis III, a guard from South Bend Riley High School, was a standout playmaker throughout the event and really caught our attention with his aggressiveness.
