Andre Wells Andre Wells 5'11" | PG/SG Mishawaka Marian | 2027 IN brought energy every time he stepped on the court for Team Soil 17U. His quickness stood out immediately, especially in transition and when applying pressure defensively. He picked up full court, disrupted opposing guards, and created extra possessions. Offensively, he showed the ability to knock down threes while also creating plays for others. His leadership and intensity gave Team Soil a spark.

A truly dynamic playmaker that had a great junior season at Mishawaka Marian High School, Wells carried his strong play into the spring with Team Soil 17u. We had the chance to see him play on Friday night as he seemingly scored it at will, set up his teammates, and dominated in transition. His playmaking ability will be something that college programs will want to follow this spring and summer.

Mishawka Marian came up short falling to Fort Wayne Wayne 72-65 at the Huntington North Holiday Classic on Monday afternoon. However, this 5’11” junior guard did a little bit of everything for the Knights. Wells finished with an impressive stat line of 19 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists, and 7 steals. His quickness and playmaking ability really shined in this often chaotic, up-tempo game.
