Dauska is another versatile backcourt piece that enjoyed a really nice junior season at Charlotte Latin where he was able to show off his all around game. Dauska has a really good frame with the ability to make shots all over the floor. This season at Charlotte Latin, Dauska averaged 16.2 Points, 4.3 Rebounds, 1.5 Assists, and 1.3 Steals per game with 46/35/83 shooting splits on the season. Dauska’s ability to flourish alongside talented freshman guard Emory Chaney Emory Chaney 5'11" | PG Charlotte Latin | 2029 NC proved to be an incredible thing for Charlotte Latin as they enjoyed a lot of success in the backcourt together this season. Dauska will be a real factor in the Charlotte area moving forward and is looking to expand his game and prove his value this spring/summer on the travel ball circuit. A no doubt next level player that has a real chance to rise as we update this class.

. Alex is one of the premier shooters in his home state and that is what allowed him to help his team beat Woodmont. He has a very pure stroke and can shoot over good defense at 6’3″. Despite only playing 14 minutes, Dauska put up 18 points on 4-8 3FG. He also moved well without the ball to get open and provide space for other Guards.

Dauska is a versatile presence to know in North Carolina’s 2027 class and quite the sharpshooter as showcased at the NC Soph 40. He went on a few personal runs during the five-on-five games from behind the arc while gaining his teammates trust as a shotmaker from behind the arc. He’s one to know given his size/frame at 6-foot-3 who can rebound, knock down shots and defend with energy.

Dauska remains a name to know at Charlotte Latin School in the 2027 class as he continues to climb the radar. He’s shown he can defend a number of spots on the floor while maintaining an ability on offense as a playmaker and facilitator on the perimeter and beyond. He’s a physically imposing presence already at 6-foot-3 who utilizes his frame well to navigate the perimeter and painted areas. Stetson has offered him already as well. He’s due for a strong second year on the varsity stage.

Dauska came up big in Latin’s huge rivalry win over Charlotte Country Day, and the freshman is looking the part as the next big thing from the school. He’s a knockdown shooter, but has become a better team defender over the course of the season, settling into his role as a help defender, guarding the ball solidly and making an occasional play. He’s someone to monitor as the grassroots season kicks into full gear as a member of CC Elite .

was an impressive two-way presence on the hardwood for Team 1 at the Carolinas Freshman Showcase. He didn’t hesitate to step up on defense and guard multiple spots on the floor, showing off his length and strong-frame. Offensively, he showed he could do a little bit of everything with his ability to knock down shots on the perimeter and around the rim and get others involved. He built some solid chemistry with his teammates before the showcase was done. He was named to the All-Showcase team when it was all said and done given his play.
