We were thrilled to have gotten to see Aiden and the Glenwood Springs players come down and compete for the club scene as they have a bunch out there that competes but we just don’t get to see them too often. In his sophomore season, the 6’4 forward was a key piece to the team; they ran the offense through him at times, and he also showed that he didn’t have to have plays run for him to be effective. Parrington averaged 11.4 points and 7.1 rebounds a game. He kept the ball high on the block, he made quick high post moves, and scored on the block. He also had to be fouled when forcing the mismatch as well. This year, I expect him to be able to read what defenses are giving him, have more consistent scoring games and also let his defense be one of his biggest weapons. He’s a two-way prospect who should be on more radars, and maybe this is the year that it happens for him.
Barrington is a 6’3 forward who continues to trend upward and made a strong leap as a sophomore with an expanded offensive responsibility. He looked very comfortable this year, especially as a scorer on the block who uses his physicality and footwork. He put up a team-high 11.4 points and 7.1 rebounds a game and improved in each way. finished on the block, and it was a bit different to see the double team come from the low block to try and slow him down. He improved from the mid-range game, and hit the mid-range pull-up. He grabbed rebounds and went up, and is a prospect who deserved to rise in the rankings. We hope to see more of him for the summer as well as during showcase season, and he moves up about 50 spots.
Parrington has been a steady force all season for Glenwood Springs as a sophomore, averaging 11.5 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. He’s found another level lately, scoring in double figures in 12 of their last 13 games. He pushes the pace, gets to his spots with confidence and keeps constant pressure on defenses. On the other end he cleans up the glass and limits second chances. His consistency and energy make him a key piece heading into the postseason
Parrington is off to a great start this season and does the little things that win games type of player, and his impact for Glenwood Springs keeps growing by the week. At 6’3 he plays much bigger, using his body and strength to score inside, battle on the glass and punish mismatches. He’s a physical screen setter who rolls hard to the rim and creates real problems for defenses. Averaging 7.5 points and rebounds per game, he’s becoming a trusted, high energy piece that is being leaning on more and more

is a 6’3 freshman with big-time upside, made his presence felt early despite playing on an upperclassmen-heavy roster. He earned minutes from Day 1. Parrington averaged 9.1 points and 4.7 rebounds per game, showing a strong inside presence while also stepping out and knocking down the three, flashing his versatility. As the season progressed, so did his confidence and impact. Now, with a year of experience and growth under his belt, he’ll be looked at as the guy moving forward and and all signs point to him being ready for the challenge.
Parrington’s size and motor have made him an essential name to follow over at Glenwood Springs, bringing the physical tools to make him an asset early on within that program within the Western Slope. Currently leading that team in points and drawn free throws, his willingness to be aggressive out of ball screens has been essential towards that group’s recent success.
