Lewis played unselfishly this weekend. The PG was able to probe the defense both in early offense as well as in half court situations. He was equally adept at hitting kickouts to shooters as well as penetrating and dishing.

He shows good determination, along with a good overall ability to put points on the board. He’s a good ball handler, he has good shot selection. He’s aggressive on the drive to the basket, using spin moves and other ways to finish, unafraid of contact. He has good range to knock down 3’s, he hit three in game one, two in the corners and one from the top off the dribble. He has lengthy arms and good movements to lock in on defense.

He’s an up and coming guard with good fundamental skills. He has a good looking jump shot he can hit from mid-range, and spot up behind the 3pt line. He’s a bit of a combo guard with quality handles, and good passing. We’ll be looking to see what he does in the spring and summer.
