Jack Britt HS Senior Guard Langston Davis: One of the taller Guards in the area, he showed his talent throughout the last two years even though they struggled as a team. At about 6’3/6’4 with the ability to score and facilitate, he’s one that catches your attention early on. If he locks in and works hard he could have a solid career in college.
New Life Christian Guard Dahaun Jones: His role last season was to come in and provide a spark off the bench. Well this season he was thrust into a leadership role, playing major minuets as New Life lost quite a few players due to transfer. Some of his best attributes are his end to end speed and how well he shoots the ball from midrange.
Pine Forest HS Sophomore Guard Tristin Harkins Tristin Harkins 6'2" | PG Pine Forest | 2022 State NC : One of the most improved players in the area, his role grew in a major way and he answered the call. Harkins proved his ability to shoot the ball in previous years but this season he showed his ability to make plays for teammates and he didn’t shy away from the moment in big time games.
Westover HS Senior Guard Terrez Fryer: Defensively he was one of the better defenders on his team and it seems that he embraced that role. A smaller Guard that moves his feet well, he’s the type that will absolutely frustrate an opponent as he’s constantly causing problems.
Terry Sanford HS Senior Guard Cooper Barco: His role on this team was to get the squad into their offense but also providing some leadership as he was one of the older players on the team. Although he split the PG duties with their Star Sophomore, he had his own moments early on in the year.
Seventy First HS Senior Guard Quiones Clayton: Scoring wise he didn’t have a big time season but he brought more to the team than that. His energy to play and leadership were the attributes that we consistently saw from him on the court.
