1. Greater Metro
Top Five Teams: Brookfield Central, Sussex Hamilton, Brookfield East, Wauwatosa West, Menomonee Falls.
Why: The Greater Metro is the consensus best conference in the state, and at this point, is hardly up for debate. It houses Brookfield Central and Sussex Hamilton, two juggernauts competing for the top team in the state, along with the highest volume of high-major prospects in any conference.
Every measurable applicable to a conference leans heavily towards the Greater Metro.
2. Big Eight
Top Five Teams: Madison La Follette, Sun Prairie, Madison East, Madison Memorial, Janesville Craig.

3. Milwaukee City
Top Five Teams: Milwaukee King, Milwaukee Hamilton, Milwaukee Bay View, Milwaukee Vincent, Milwaukee Washington.
