Caylen Goff-Brown – Tulsa Central – G
Goff-Brown was one of the best underclassmen in the tournament and one of the most intriguing parts of his game was his passing. He seemed to always make the right decision and he knows whether to finish in transition or to pass to a cutting teammate. The best pass from Goff-Brown over the course of the tournament was definitely the alley-oop he threw to Trae Washington. Goff-Brown has a lot of upside and is definitely someone to keep your eye on.
Micah Lovett – Union – G
Lovett had the best court vision in the entire tournament and seemingly was always able to make accurate passes to anyone that was open. He throws great skip passes, shovel passes to cutting teammates, and even was able to throw an accurate alley-oop.
Maven Moore – Northwest Classen – G
Moore was the best passer for his team and the Knights go at his pace. He has a good feel for the game and seems to always find the open man. Moore and Davion Warden are a deadly duo for the Knights and Moore was able to set up Warden countless times from behind-the-arc.
Donovan Vickers – Edmond Santa Fe – G
Vickers is a guard that is unselfish and creates for his team. Although he was the best scorer for his team, he was also the best passer. Vickers excels at drawing in the defense on his drives and finding open shooters on the perimeter.
Will McGuire – Tulsa East Central – G
McGuire was the star of his team and is a willing passer. He excels at getting to the paint and making dump-off passes to the forwards that are around the rim. McGuire had a beautiful pass to Xaiver Lucas in the fourth quarter of the seventh-place game. The defense was double-teaming McGuire and he was able to find Lucas under the goal and he scored the layup, ultimately boosting East Central to a 54-53 win over Trinity Christian Cedar Hill.
