Jaylon Gibson – Grace Christian School – 2020
Jaylon Gibson is a 6-foot-10 center that dunks everything with authority in the post. He’s an exciting big man to watch on both ends as he’s learning to play both ends. He’s got nice hands and underrated passing ability on the floor. He does well to look for his points within the offense and has the potential to emerge as a stock riser in the class. He’s got offers from Houston, Providence, Rutgers, Temple, and USF already.
Wy’Kise Allen – South Granville – 2020
Wy’Kise Allen is a 6-foot-3 forward that is slowly figuring things out all over the floor. He’s a bully on the boards and a load to guard with the ball in his hands. He can shoot the 3-ball with efficiency and has a solid isolation game in the halfcourt. As he learns to play both ends, look for colleges on the D2 and D3 levels to come calling.
Micah Jones – South Granville – 2020
Micah Jones is a 6-foot-2 guard that can fill it up in a hurry from behind the arc. On the flipside, he’s a gritty defender that locks up on defense and forces easy steals with his long wingspan. He’s another player off South Granville’s roster due for a big summer and senior HS season. He’s hearing from A&T and NC Central during his recruitment process.
Brady Whilden – Cardinal Gibbons – 2020

He’s heard from Roanoke College, Randolph-Macon and Belmont Abbey during his recruitment process.
Torian Regis – Riverside-Durham – 2020
Torian Regis is a 6-foot-5 forward prospect that can do a little bit of everything on the floor. He’s got nice length that he uses well to secure rebounds and showed off his a nice outside shot off the catch. Off the dribble, he showed solid handle and ability to create his own shot. If anything, he’s a prospect junior colleges should keep eyes on.
Jikari Johnson – Riverside-Durham – 2020
Jikari Johnson is a player you don’t want to leave open or he will make you pay. Johnson is a prospect that can fill it up in a hurry from behind the arc, as he did for much of the weekend for his Riverside-Durham squad. He’s got a nice feel for spacing himself on the floor to find shots for himself anywhere on the floor at 6-foot-2. He’s also got sneaky bounce off the dribble.
Marquis Eskew – Pine Forest – 2020
Marquis Eskew is due for a big year as one of the senior leaders on his Pine Forest squad. He’s a 6-foot-1 combo guard that can run the offense as well as play off the ball to find his own shot. He showed off his abilities with a number of big plays at the rim. As his jump shot comes along, look for his potential to grow. So far, he’s heard from Mount Olive, North Carolina Wesleyan and Davidson Community College.
Denis Ramses-Cooper – Jordan – 2020
Denis Ramses-Cooper is looking like one of the emerging leaders for Jordan High School as they’re led by new head coach Rasheed Wallace. They’ll be a young team this upcoming season but Ramses-Cooper will be one of the senior leaders with his ability to rebound and score on all three levels. He’s got untapped potential with his athleticism at 6-foot-4 as well.
