3A
No. 1 Kingston picked up a pair of big wins against 2A Caddo and 3A Atoka. In week 2, the Redskins are set to face off against in-county rival Madill and will compete in the OBU Tournament at Oklahoma Baptist University Thursday through Saturday.
No. 2 Millwood lost to 4A No. 2 Heritage Hall, but picked up a trio of wins in the Hays City Shootout in Hays, Kansas over the weekend. The Falcons will compete in the Christian Heritage Tournament Thursday through Saturday.
No. 3 Star-Spencer moved to 1-0 with a big win over 4A No. 11 Tulsa McLain.
No. 4 Roland, No. 5 Sequoyah-Tahlequah, and No. 6 Hugo all stayed undefeated.
No. 1 Kingston’s Jacob Germany had 20 against Caddo.
No. 9 Oklahoma Centennial senior Moun’Tae Edmundson Jr. had 29 against 6A. U.S Grant.
NR Crossings Christian freshman Reid Lovelance had 13 points and six assists against 2A Wewoka.
NR Tishomingo freshman Kasai Burton had 17 points and 7 assists in a win over 4A Madill.
NR Marietta senior Trace Stewart hit a game-winning corner 3 at the buzzer to left the Indians over 2A Valliant.
2A
No. 1 Dale continued its hot streak, jumping to a 5-0 start with wins over A No. 5 Okarche and 4A Bethel this week. Dale will compete in the OBU Tournament at Oklahoma Baptist University in week 2.
No. 2 Vanoss downed a pair of Class B schools in Calvin and New Lima on Tuesday and Friday, respectively.
No. 3 Hooker had wins over Class B Forgan and class A Texoma.
No. 6 Carnegie beat 2A Hinton and 2A No. 9 Hobart.
No. 9 Hobart went 1-1 with the aforementioned loss to Hobart and a win over Class A Sentinel.
A
No. 1 Ft. Cobb-Broxton got an overtime win over B No. 5 Loobeka-Sickles to move to 6-1 in the early season.
No. 2 Wright City got a win over Class B Battiest but dropped its first loss of the season to 3A No. 6 Hugo.
No. 3 Glencoe advanced to 5-0 with wins over ind. Justice Alma Wilson and 2A Welston.
No. 4 Frontier, No. 8 Kiowa, No. 9 Garber, and No. 10 Arapaho-Butler also stayed undefeated with wins this week.
No. 5 Okarche moved to 4-3 with losses to 2A No. 1 Dale and Class A Oklahoma Christian Academy.
B
No. 1 Kinta stayed undefeated with a pair of wins this week, including a 60-8 romp over Class B Arkoma.
No. 2 Duke took down Class B No. 10 Granite 61-35 to stay unbeaten.
No. 3 Leedy grabbed a pair of close wins against Class A Sharon-Mutual and Class B Buffalo.
No. 7 Paden also remains undefeated at 6-0.
