2019 Damian Dunn Recruitment Update
Atlanta, GA – The peach state recently received another interesting prospect to add to the 2019 class. The rising senior Damian Dunn has made his way to Meadowcreek High School, the defending class 7A state champions. Dunn comes from the state of North Carolina where he attended Kinston High School and averaged about 17 points per game.
Damian, who is orginally from Kinston, NC, is a 6-foot-4 shooting guard who has a smooth style scoring the basketball. He could be known as a smooth operator and plays at his own pace. He has great shooting techniques in which he can get his shot off the dribble quick and holds a nasty pull up jumper.
Dunn holds several offers from schools like Georgia Tech, Temple, San Francisco, East Carolina, South Florida, VCU, UTEP, and few others. “VCU, Georgia Tech, and Temple have been the schools on me the most” Damian tells me. He has set an official visit with Temple on September 6th and will unofficially visit VCU next weekend on August 25th.
Without question Damian will be playing a big role with Meadowcreek this upcoming season. The chemistry between him and 2019 shooting guard Jamir Chaplin will already be in tact due to both guards playing for Stackhouse Elite (NC) this past summer.
