Frye is the best shooter on this list, and I don’t think it’s particularly close. When you consider the speed with which he can get his shot off, his ability to move with and without the ball, and his general attitude and confidence/maturity, there’s no better shooter in the 2030 class. Frye is going to play legitimate minutes for a good Rivers team this season, and it’s because of his ability to stretch the floor, make sound decisions when the defense collapses, and be a high IQ player—even if he’s missing shots, he’ll be engaged on the defensive end and will continue to shoot open ones. He’s an absolute stud and is going to be DANGEROUS if he continues to grow.
