Ridgewood Live: 2027 Guard Evaluations

I love his ability to read defenses offensively both on and off the ball. Effective on his feat to free himself up on several instances against Joliet West. It's time for an update as he gets ready for a big senior year. The floor general capabilities continue to be a strong-suit as he worked incredibly well dishing out easy dimes to his teammates. His defense also remains a strong-suit as he can pick-pocket defenders and lead a charge in transition. Athletic two-way player that looks like he can grow quite a bit more. A lot of players have strong bursts, but there's something about Marshall that makes his ability to drive to the rim so unique. He adds incredibly long strides to the rim while attacking the basket and capped it off on several instances with creative finishes at the rim. Listed at 6'4" but probably 6'5" or 6'6". I see him more as a 3-and-d kind of wing player with his shooting capabilities and perimeter defense. I love the ability to create buckets off the dribble as he was incredibly affective as a shooter. Smooth lefty stroke with takeover abilities. I was impressed by his ability to create buckets off the dribble. Capping things off with a smooth shooting release. The speed with the ball also cannot go unnoticed.
