June has just started, meaning the high school live period is about to start. The 2028 recruiting class is primed to have a monster summer, especially on the wing. Here are the 2028 independent school wings that could make noise this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2436976' first='Marque' last='Johnson'], 6'5 SF Lawrenceville

Johnson is one of the top wings in the Garden State and will look to put it on display. The 6'5 lefty explodes off the floor for dunks and is able to draw contact in the paint. Johnson attacks the basket with a purpose and is able to score in the mid-range. He has the athleticism to make plays on the defensive end and skies for rebounds on the defensive end. Johnson is a talented wing prospect who should put his game on full display over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='2194738' first='Ian' last='Archbold'], 6'4 SG Blair Academy

Archbold is primed to take a big step up this season as he should have the ball in his hands more. The 6'4 guard uses his first step to get to the rim and finishes nicely around the rim. Archbold can also score in the mid-range and rises up nicely on his jumper. He has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor and moves well without the ball in his hands. Archbold is a talented guard prospect who should show his ability to play on and off the ball this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2628235' first='King' last='Josiah Hamilton'], 6'6 SF Life Center Academy

Hamilton has the ability to play either forward spot and will put that on display this summer. The 6'6 forward has a good face-up game as he can get to the rim off the bounce and can finish through contact. Hamilton uses his strong frame to get position down low and can also knock down jumpers from behind the arc. He is a strong rebounder and slides his feet on the defensive end. Hamilton is a physical forward prospect whose ability to score inside and out will help his game in a big way.

[player_tooltip player_id='2504897' first='Wayne' last='Sminkle'], 6'4 SF Pennington

Sminkle is one of the more under the radar wing prospects in the class and is looking to have a big summer campaign. The 6'4 wing has a quick first step, which he uses to get to the rim and can also finish above the rim. Sminkle moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open jumpers and layups in the half court. He uses his length to make an impact on the defensive end and is an underrated rebounder. Sminkle is a lanky wing prospect who should make an impact at both ends of the floor over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='2930023' first='Zorian' last='Morris'], 6'5 SG/SF Patrick School

Morris can play either spot on the perimeter, making him an intriguing prospect to track this summer. The 6'5 wing uses his handle to get to the rim and knows how to finish above the rim. Morris is more than just a slasher as he has a nice release on his jumper and sets his feet before he shoots. He rarely forces shots in the half court and works hard on the defensive end. Morris' ability to make plays at both ends of the floor is something that will help his stock in a big way during the summer.
