George is another name who has recently blown up and seems ready to join the national rankings at next update. The talented wing is one of a handful of prospects from Michigan’s 2028 class who have high major potential and he might just be the best of the bunch. George is an explosive athlete who makes a big impact defensively for The Family 16 U and is developing as a perimeter shooting and facilitator. I’m a big fan of the long-term upside with George and think he’s going to be extremely popular among Big 10 programs to watch during the spring and summer live periods.

A 3-1 weekend for The Family 16 U saw a couple of their prospects pick up major steam among national scouts. George is an athletic wing who can guard almost anybody on the court when asked to and started the victory over the Ny Rens with two jumpers, a blocked shot and a pair of assists. With George’s athleticism he can block shots, get steals or simply grab a defensive rebound to help start the fast break for his team. When he’s also knocking down shots he looks like a complete player who can impact the game in multiple ways. George’s best basketball is in front of him and besides limiting turnovers, there’s few statistical areas from this past weekend that could use improvement. George will debut in our 2028 national rankings during our next update.
