Recruiting Report: Jaden Bray (2021)
Recruiting Report: Jaden Bray (2021)
There are always basketball players who tend to fly under the radar in their freshmen seasons, especially at bigger high schools. Jaden Bray is one of those players who did not find playing time early at Edmond North, however as the year continued the Huskies found a spot for the rising Bray.
The constant pressure Bray puts on opposing players at both ends of the floor is tough. From the time the ball is tipped Bray goes in attack mode. The biggest hole in his game at this point is his jumper. Once Bray garners a consistent jumper, look out. Bray has high goals to improve himself this Summer with Nike Pro Skills Oklahoma.
“My goals for this summer are to really work on my jump shot,” said Bray.
The drive Bray plays with is what makes him stick out the most to me. For his age, Bray is very mature in the effort he provides on the floor. Bray gave some great insight into what drives him.
“My family drives me,” said Bray. “Also having that underrated status motivates me.”
The great defensive effort Bray brings each game is fun to watch. He is best on the floor at the Point Guard position making defenses pay with a stellar drive to the basket. Bray is excited to continue progressing throughout his high school career to get college interest.
“I am looking for a college that supports academics with a good athletics program that will help prepare me for the next level,” said Bray.
Bray will be a top ten prospect in the Oklahoma 2021 Class when the rankings are updated. Keep an eye out for Bray with Nike Pro Skills Oklahoma this Summer and Edmond North this Winter.
