From the start of the regular season on November 25th through the IHSAA Semi-State Championship on March 21st, I have covered 111 games on the Prep Hoops Network. Indiana teams, to Kentucky teams, and throw in one Ohio team, it's time to wrap up the season. Across 111 games I've gotten to see a lot of talent. This series this week will be my All-Freshman to All-Senior teams. Here is my All-Sophomore team for the 2025-2026 season:

I got to see one game of [player_tooltip player_id='2457404' first='Caleb' last='Coolman'] this season and the improvements from his freshman to sophomore season were drastic. Noticeably bigger, faster, stronger, and more explosive going to the basket, Coolman is becoming an all around offensive player that can score from anywhere on the floor. He's a high IQ 6'5” true point guard that makes winning plays on both ends. He's a really good three-point shooter that has also added the drive to his game where he finishes well at the rim as well in the midrange when rising up over defenders. He's opportunistic on the defensive end of the floor. He does a good job moving his feet and using his size and length to his advantage. He plays passing lanes well, but stays in good position to be able to rebound.

Combo Guard

[player_tooltip player_id='2429606' first='Josh' last='Lindsay'] | 6'2” | St. Xavier (KY)

The uber athletic National Four-Star recruit in the class of 2028 out of St. Xavier continues to blossom into a more all around player. Everyone sees the highlight plays that [player_tooltip player_id='2429606' first='Josh' last='Lindsay'] makes game in and game out, but he is a high energy guard that shoots it well from the perimeter. Would love to see him get downhill more and use that athleticism to get to the free throw line more, but he affects the game in other ways. He's an aggressive defender that's looking to turn defense to offense in a hurry. He's a terrific rebounder for his size on both ends of the floor. He continues to become a better passer and should have a huge spring and summer coming up.

Wing

New Albany Sophomore Wing [player_tooltip player_id='2382148' first='Noah' last='Washington'], a National Four-Star Recruit with offers from high majors all over the country showed up in big moments every time I saw him play this season. He's a skilled offensive talent with surpreme confidence in his abilities. He's a long and athletic player that can score from all over the floor. Sometime I think he settles from 3 too much instead of using his quickness and athleticism to get to the rim more, but he's a good shooter that elevates well. He's smooth in the pick and roll. His handle could use some improvement, but he does a good job creating seperation. He has the potential to be a very good defender. Long wingspan with good instincts. Sometimes not fully engaged on the defensive end and has lapses, but so do most young players. Incredible talent with a bright future ahead of him.

Forward

[player_tooltip player_id='2538892' first='Landon' last='Lampley'] | 6'7” | Pike

Plain and simple, [player_tooltip player_id='2538892' first='Landon' last='Lampley'] may have the most untapped potential of any prospect in the state. In my opinion, he is a future pro. He is a long and athletic wing/forward that plays with high energy on both ends of the floor. He's a hard right hand driver that when he gets two feet in the paint he's looking to finish above the rim. His jump shot is a work in progress, but possesses good shot mechanics and when open, he shoots it with confidence. He's a beast on the glass on both ends of the floor. He's a versatile defender that can be a game changer on that end of the floor. Active hands combined with his long wingspan allow him to wreak havoc in passing lanes and being a formidable rim protector in the paint. Like I said, he's a future pro playing for a former NBA All-Star and Champion in Jeff Teague. He will have the right tutelage and be a highly sought after player for the next two years.

Center

[player_tooltip player_id='2617833' first='Ishmael' last='Kiteka'] | 6'11” | Cloverdale

The dominant Center in the Class of 2028 continues to get better and better after each game he plays. Known as one of the top shot blockers in the state, [player_tooltip player_id='2617833' first='Ishmael' last='Kiteka'] improvement on the offensive end is mind blowing. Still has a ways to go, but the big man possesses soft hands and a soft touch over his left shoulder. He's a really good screen setter that rolls hard and is a legit lob threat. Continues to work on his perimeter jumper. He has shown the ability to step out and his open 3's on an occasion but does his damage 15 feet and in. He's the ultimate paint presence on the defensive end of the floor. Terrific timing when he leaves the floor to block a shot and does a good job staying out of foul trouble. He's a big, physical body that moves really well for his size. The sky is the limit for the big sophomore and should have a dominant spring/summer playing for Indiana Jammers on the Under Armour Circuit.

[player_tooltip player_id='2539928' first='Quintyn' last='Voltz'] entered the season at Princeton as one of the top sophomore's in the state of Indiana and the season that he had just solidified his spot. The smooth combo guard made big play after big play down the stretch of the season in Princeton's biggest games. The 6'1” guard oozes with confidences on the offensive end of the floor. Comfortable playing on or off the ball. He's really good in pick and roll situations. He's a crafty passer that looks to make the right play. His numbers didn't show it this year, but he's a confident shooter with deep range and a smooth release. He's slippery getting in the lane with the ability to finish in a variety of different ways. Has nice floater with soft touch and able to use both hands around the basket. Quick defender that can pressure full court. He plays with active hands and is disruptive in the half court in passing lanes. Look forward to seeing him have a nice spring and summer on the AAU Circuit.
