He may have been finishing above the rim in the past but he seems to have taken a good leap forward as he was finishing above the rim often at the Expo. The lackey length and improved ball handling will make Omot a serious match-up problem for front-court players this season when he takes the floor for Austin. Omot is a good threat at the rim blocking shots and can defend all over the floor. Going forward Omot will need more perimeter improvement offensively to play more on the wing than at the rim and that will determine if he plays the forward position or the wing position.

https://twitter.com/streethistory/status/1970966233131647155

[player_tooltip player_id='2575638' first='Izayah' last='Cook'] - The six-foot-four-inch 2027 wing that will be attending Wayzata now still is really smooth off the dribble shooting from the perimeter. Cook has a move that he really likes when handling the ball on the wing that he dribbles smoothly into an off the dribble long range shot. When Cook is hitting he can drop a bunch of points in minutes and his size makes him able to cover different positions.

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/0FLyHkc8Fkc

[player_tooltip player_id='2052332' first='Trey' last='Theis'] - Theis is a six-foot-seven-inch 2027 forward from Prior Lake that does just about everything on the floor for your team. Solid passer, rebounder, team defender, can shoot a bit from the perimeter, and will just be the high-level glue guy every team looks for but seldom finds. Each and every game I've seen Theis play he just quietly contributes and doesn't overly press or just disappear on the court.

[player_tooltip player_id='2833026' first='Isaiah' last='Williams'] - The 2027 Sauk Rapids guard has good size for a lead guard at six-foot-two-inches and he showed good technical ability as a ball handler. Williams is a sure ball handler and you can trust he values the basketball, and seemed to show good passing vision. The way he handles the ball he gets into space in the mid-range well and has a smooth shooting motion.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140673' first='Omar' last='Said'] - Said is a six-foot-five-inch 2027 guard/wing from Mounds Park Academy. Said is a secondary ball handler and floor spacing offensive player. He hit one good looking 3-pointer and the form looked smooth. His height and size can make him a versatile defender possibly in the future.

[player_tooltip player_id='2409295' first='Ridwan' last='Ibrahim'] - Ibrahim is a six-foot-five-inch 2026 wing from Minneapolis South that has a solid enough handle to be a second/third ball handler and showed half-court vision on a pass he made over the top of the defense to an open 3-pointer shooter in the opposite corner.

[player_tooltip player_id='2375788' first='William' last='Thiemann'] - Thiemann is a six-foot-six-inch 2027 wing from Triton that showed good ability and agility in movements. At Triton Thiemann made 42 3-pointers as a sophomore last season while averaging 10.4 points per game. At the Expo Thiemann from what I witnessed didn't show that ability.
