Next up in our rankings coverage for the Class of 2027 are the Small Forwards.

The top overall spot at the Small Forward position is held by Brewster Academy's [player_tooltip player_id='1958489' first='Clyde' last='Walters'] (#4). The 6'7" wing is a dynamic defender that can also operate at a high level on the offensive end of the floor, impacting games with his athleticism, motor, and ability to score at multiple levels.

Below are five more Small Forwards to watch from our latest update:

Bollin, a wing out of the Newman School, checks in at #25 overall and #7 among the small forwards. Bollin is an ultra-versatile defender that has the strength needed to defend in the post and the mobility to defend quicker guards on the perimeter. He rebounds it at a high level, can play through contact as a driver, and does a nice job of finishing around the rim. He's a connector in that he can fill a variety of rolls on the floor and does a little bit of everything well. His versatility is his calling card and allows him to make an impact on any game.

Pitt, a wing out of the Brunswick School, checks in at #98 overall and #20 among the small forwards. Pitt is an impressive athlete that combines quickness, length, and toughness to make an impact on the defensive end of the floor. He's capable of defending guards, wings, and forwards, with the ability to rebound in traffic and in space. He's a tough cover in the open floor, where he attacks the rim with the ability to finish with authority. He's got a quick first step as a driver, does a nice job of moving without the basketball, and is a high level cutter and finisher in the paint.

Udeh, a wing out of Phillips Andover Academy, checks in at #144 overall and #30 among the small forwards. Udeh is another versatile defender that uses his athleticism, quickness, and strength to his advantage. He does a nice job of reading plays before the develop, showing the ability to be disruptive in passing lanes and create plays that lead to transition scoring opportunities. Offensively, he has the ability to get by the initial defender off the bounce and is an improving finisher around the rim. He does a nice job in catch and shoot situations and is capable of attacking bad closeouts to make plays for himself and others.

Ross, a wing out of the Kents Hill School, checks in at #164 overall and #36 among the small forwards. Ross is a crafty, multi-level scorer that has long arms and good positional size. He knows how to get to the rim in transition, as well as off the bounce in the half-court, and impresses with his instincts as an off-ball cutter. He's a capable perimeter shooter that does a nice job of spacing the floor in catch and shoot situations. He's really come along as a finisher in the paint, showing a nice combination of athleticism and touch. Defensively, he can guard up and down a position and is a grab-and-go rebounder that can start the break in transition.

Demeter, a wing out of the Brimmer & May School, checks in at #205 overall and #46 among the small forwards. Demeter plays with a high motor on both ends of the floor and uses his length to his advantage as a playmaker and defender. He has a nice feel for the game with the ball in his hands, showing the ability to get by defenders in isolation situations and create for others off the bounce. When he gets into the paint, he does a nice job of playing off his pivot foot and uses his length as a finisher. Defensively, he has the mobility needed to guard on the perimeter, but can also defend in the paint with his size and length.

Keep an eye out this week as we continue our positional breakdowns for the Class of 2027!
