Demeter plays so hard! The 6-foot-7 rising senior is still figuring out how to make decisions in the paint and whether he can score from the perimeter, but his motor is one thing he has figured out. He’s the first guy down the floor on offense but also the first back on defense, and he never stops playing hard after an initial effort on either end—he just keeps going. The Brimmer and May forward is an extremely well-conditioned athlete who should find a D3 fit if only because of his combination of size, athleticism, and effort level.

Demeter has a long way to go, but he has some super intriguing physical tools and skillsets. The Brimmer & May junior is 6-foot-7 with long arms and solid athleticism, so he’s a threat to block shots at the rim defensively and is an above-the-rim finisher offensively. But most impressive is Demeter’s energy and motor. He plays extremely hard and is super active on the offensive and defensive boards, in pick and roll coverage, and as a help defender and rim runner. He’s going to continue to get more skilled and figure out his body over time, but I love how he competes and works. Motor goes a long way, especially for a forward!

Demeter, a wing out of the Brimmer & May School, checks in at #205 overall and #46 among the small forwards. Demeter plays with a high motor on both ends of the floor and uses his length to his advantage as a playmaker and defender. He has a nice feel for the game with the ball in his hands, showing the ability to get by defenders in isolation situations and create for others off the bounce. When he gets into the paint, he does a nice job of playing off his pivot foot and uses his length as a finisher. Defensively, he has the mobility needed to guard on the perimeter, but can also defend in the paint with his size and length.

Demeter, a playmaking wing out of the Brimmer & May School in Massachusetts, is a high motor prospect that plays with great energy on both ends of the floor. He has a versatile offensive skillset, showing the ability to score at multiple levels, handle in space, and make quick decisions as a passer. Defensively, he is as competitive as they get, showing a willingness to guard any postion on the floor, while also mixing it up on the glass and for loose balls. He’s the consumate team player that does the little things that lead to wins.
