Bishop, a forward out of the Brunswick School in Connecticut, is ranked #17 among the power forwards and checks in at #118 overall in this update. The 6’6″ forward can operate as a grab-and-go rebounder, does a nice job of fighting for position in the post, and is a crafty finisher with his back to the basket. He sets solid screens, finds soft spots in the defense as a roller, and has the ability to break down bigger defenders off the bounce. Defensively, he’s willing to mix it up on the glass and has the ability to guard up or down a position. He plays his travel ball with 6th Boro Hoops.

Bishop is a 6-foot-6 forward who’s new to the Brunswick School but averaged 15 and 7 last season at John Jay HS in New York. He isn’t having a massive impact on Brunswick this year, but the sophomore is primed to have a big junior season and projects to be a really solid piece for them next year. He has above-the-rim athleticism, he’s a solid screen setter, and he does a good job finishing at the hoop with both hands. He isn’t afraid of contact, and the facilitating and shooting skills are in the works. Will be curious to see how Bishop continues to develop.

Bishop, a 6’6″ forward out of the Brunswick School in Connecticut, makes his first appearance in the 2028 rankings on the Watch List. Bishop is an above the rim athlete that does a great job of finishing plays around the basket. He continues to add elements to his game offensively and now shows the ability to attack matchups off the bounce on the perimeter. He’s a tough offensive rebounder, can roll or pop out of screens, and has a nose for the ball on the offensive glass. Defensively, versatility is his calling card as he’s a disruptive defender that can guard four positions.

Bishop impressed on the interior with his lunch pail mentality play. He scored inside of twelve feet frequently. Bishop collected rebounds. He was an effective screener. He has soft hands which allows it for him to catch passes with ease. Looking forward to see how he develops playing in the NEPSAC.
