Smith. He took home the Charlie Adams Most Valuable Player Award after pouring in 29 points and eight rebounds in a gritty overtime victory. He's a prospect who's shown he can put constant pressure on opponents with his ability to get paint touches and create scoring opportunities. He also went 8-for-9 from the free-throw line in their state title victory. He was a pivotal piece in North Mecklenburg's run to another NCHSAA 4A State Championship with his sharpshooting on full display with a number of 20+ point performances. He dropped 17 points and eight rebounds in the Region Finals over crosstown rival JL Chambers. He's a prospect who's shown he can get rebounds and find his offense in a hurry in the class at the shooting guard spot. Wake Forest, VCU, Mississippi State, and other DI programs have offered him. He'll be a name to keep an eye on with Team Museum on the NXTPro16 Circuit this spring/summer.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Manhertz finds himself well inside the Top 50 in the latest rankings market corrections at No. 44 in the 2026 class in the North Carolina out of Green Level. He's a sizeable prospect who's a matchup problem in the making given his length at 6-foot-7 at the shooting guard spot. He showcased that ability with the Gators with 55 made 3-pointers on 13.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.4 steals per contest this past season. He had a career season as a junior with the Gators even dropping a career-high 28 points against Holly Springs back on Feb. 22. He's shown he can do a little bit of everything on the floor, including defending and making things happen for others. He's a prospect whose shown he can knock down shots and make things happen for others with consistency after leading the Sabres with 15.3 points and 4.0 assists per game in 2024-25. He'll be a prospect to keep eyes on with the [program_tooltip program_id='2078512' first='NC' last='Spartans'] on the grassroots stage given his penchant for making things happen on the hardwood at the off-guard role, though he can operate at the point. His versatility can show in a variety of ways, as evidenced by his 4.0 rebounds per contest as a junior this past season also. He's a prospect for colleges of all levels to get on their radar this spring/summer. Fresh off a state championship which saw Johnson lead the way with six made 3-pointers and 20 points, he's due for a big spring/summer on the EYCL stage with [program_tooltip program_id='2446758' first='Team' last='CP3 Academy']. He's listed at just 5-foot-11 but has a college-ready frame already which he utilizes in a number of ways. One being his ability to knock down shots on the perimeter. He knocked 85 3-pointers and put up 12.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.8 steals per game on 40 percent shooting from deep as a junior in 2024-25 at Caldwell Academy. He still led the way for the Eagles with 13.5 points on 73 made 3-pointers in his junior season. Raper finished the year shooting 46 percent from behind the arc while also putting up 3.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.3 steals per contest. His ability to create and make things happen in the open floor is an asset to any DII program in the region. He'll be a leading face to know in the [program_tooltip program_id='2078471' first='Carolina' last='Riptide'] backcourt this grassroots cycle. Milligan and Montreat have offered him.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Washington is a sizeable 6-foot-4 shooting guard prospect out of Davidson Day School who continues to rise in the NCISAA ranks and in the 2026 rankings in North Carolina. They came up short in the NCISAA 3A State Semifinals falling to eventual champion, Greensboro Day, but they'll certainly be back if Washington continues to develop. He's a strong-framed shooting presence who can attack off the bounce as a playmaker and scorer and act as an option off the catch. He's quietly emerging as a prospect for DI and DII programs to get to know given what he can do in the halfcourt. He shot 45 percent from the field this past season, averaging 12.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.3 assists per game as a junior. He was the third-leading scorer in the Rampants' rotation and should return as their featured name in 2025-26. He's an active shooting guard presence for DII and DIII programs in the region to get eyes on given his penchant for making things happen on the hardwood. He produced 18.9 points on 49 made 3-pointers in his junior season as a key piece in the Panthers' run in the NCHSAA 3A State Playoffs. He's an underrated threat at getting to the free-throw line, showcasing that ability with 101 made free throws. His ability to create off the bounce and get free opportunities to score is an asset to any DII program in the region. He also put up 2.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.6 steals per game so his game isn't just limited to scoring the ball. He gets after it in a variety of ways. He exuded his confidence shooting the ball on the perimeter heading into a pivotal grassroots season. He knocked down 36 3-pointers on 30 percent shooting from deep while averaging 12.8 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game. He utilizes his length well to navigate the floor for shots, track down rebounds and defend on the floor. He's another prospect to keep an eye on with [program_tooltip program_id='2840573' first='Garner' last='Road National'] given his ability to defend and knock down shots from deep.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Keller is a prospect whose stock rise over the past few months out of Watauga High. He was their leading sharpshooter as they made it down to the Elite Eight as a 7-seed in the NCHSAA 4A State Playoffs. He knocked down 86 3-pointers on 43 percent shooting from behind the arc in 2024-25 as a junior. He averaged 17.7 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.6 steals per game for a 21-8 squad.
