3/16/26: Crump and his St. George’s Gryphons scratched and clawed against eventual Division II Class A State Champion Providence Christian Academy (PCA) in the state semifinals, losing narrowly 45-41. Lefty guard Carson Crump Carson Crump 5'10" | PG St. George's | 2028 State TN dealt decently with PCA’s sophomore guard tandem of T.J. Duke and Mike Holloway. Crump scored 19 points on 7-18 shooting. His shot selection needs work and yet 5-12 from deep reflects the excellent outside shooting touch thanks to his lightning quick release. PCA turned the ball over a disturbing 14 times. Crump, Dylan Love Dylan Love Dylan Love 5'11" | PG St. George's | 2027 State TN , and Ethan Richmond Ethan Richmond Ethan Richmond 5'10" | SG/PG St. George's | 2027 TN each had two steals.
