There were changes in the latest installment of the 2028 Tennessee player rankings. The top 10 looks different now.

Things look different outside of the top 10 as well.

Here are notable prospects that saw a spike:

Lausanne's finest

[player_tooltip player_id='2859657' first='Zuri' last='McClure'] moved up a spot to No. 12. He had a solid month of June with the Lynx. McClure is a strong, athletic guard that can finish through contact. He's a reliable shooter. McClure plays hard on both ends of the floor. On each possession, he comes at his defender at full speed. McClure plays with no fear. His attributes alone makes him one of the solid players in the class.

Graves sits right outside the top 10

Brentwood Academy's Lucas Graves moved up 7 spots to No. 13. Graves is a sharpshooter. He can't be left open. The 6-foot-4 wing has a quick release. He's a rhythm shooter. Once one falls in, more will follow. Graves can make shots off the dribble. He's been inside the top 25 for a minute. Graves moved up after having a productive spring and summer with Darius Garland Elite.

Crump moves inside the top 15

St. George's [player_tooltip player_id='2795834' first='Carson' last='Crump'] moved up 2 spots to No. 14. The lefty had a productive spring and summer for [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad'] 16U. He displayed that he belongs on Nike. Crump averaged 13.8 points on 46.7 percent shooting. He's smooth on the offensive end, patiently waits on a crease to open up for quality looks. Crump isn't afraid to take shots in crunch time. He stands out as one of the guards in the class that's not afraid of the big lights.

Blivens moves closer to the top 15

Lipcomb Academy's [player_tooltip player_id='2571711' first='Christian' last='Blivens'] moved up 5 spots to No. 16. The 6-0 guard is great at attacking the rim. His athleticism makes him a tough task. Blivens has good ball handles and is tough to stop once he's coming downhill at full speed. He finishes well around the rim. Blivens can also make shots from the perimeter. His name has to be in conversation for being one of the most quick, first-step guards in the class. Blivens can leave defenders in the dust.

Johnson debuts inside the top 70

Union County's [player_tooltip player_id='2916020' first='Hollister' last='Johnson'] debuted at No. 69. The 6-6 forward had a productive spring and summer for [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad'] 16U EYCL. Johnson is a viable wing that can create his own shot in iso situations. He finishes well around the rim. He's not afraid to put matters into his own hands and go make a play. Johnson shot the ball at a decent clip (46.2 percent) this past AAU season. In 13 games, he averaged 13 points and 6 rebounds. Johnson is a capable prospect that can provide steady production for an entire season.
