1.) 2025 PF [player_tooltip player_id='1951832' first='Cael' last='Reichter'] (North Fayette Valley) -- 31.3 points per game

Teams in the Upper Iowa Conference are simply overmatched by Reichter, an athletic and skilled 6-6/6-7 forward who can score inside and out, control the glass, and protect the rim. He's too big, too talented, and too athletic.

2.) 2027 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2419699' first='Braylon' last='Bingham'] (Pleasantville) -- 28.2

Bingham was one of the most productive freshmen in the state last season, and has taken his game up another level as a sophomore, leading the Trojans in every major category except for steals. He scores in bunches, and does so at a highly efficient clip, posting 60-42-71 splits early this season.

3.) 2025 PG [player_tooltip player_id='1381425' first='Mason' last='Watkins'] (West Burlington) -- 27.7

The future North Florida guard has been remarkably efficient to start the year for the undefeated Falcons, posting 58-41-80 shooting splits so far this season. He has a tremendous feel for the game, takes great shots, and has really continued to develop as a playmaker with the ball in his hands, dishing out 5.6 assists a game to go with his huge scoring output.

4.) 2026 PF [player_tooltip player_id='2628806' first='Tyler' last='Baatz'] (Tri-Center) -- 23.8

One of two Trojans on this list, Baatz has been dominant in the paint on both ends of the floor so far this season, averaging 10.5 rebounds (5.2 offensive) to go with his scoring, and he's shooting nearly 66% from the floor. He pairs extremely well with the other player on this list, lead guard [player_tooltip player_id='2420786' first='AJ' last='Harder'].

5.) 2025 SG [player_tooltip player_id='1839807' first='Ryan' last='Treptow'] (Jesup) -- 23.5

Treptow was really good as the second fiddle alongside Jack Miller last season, and has taken his game up another level as the primary option for the J-Hawks as a senior, shooting better from 3-point range (44.2%) than inside the arc. An athletic guard who can fill it up from anywhere, he has been fantastic on the glass as well this season, averaging 9.7 boards a game.

6.) 2025 SG [player_tooltip player_id='1587383' first='Jackson' last='Lieurance'] (Cascade) -- 23.2

Lieurance makes everything look easy on the offensive end, from his effortless stroke to making ridiculous finishes around the rim look simple. He has one of the purest strokes you'll find and is nearly automatic when he's able to get a clean look off the catch.

7.) 2025 PF [player_tooltip player_id='2397976' first='Matthew' last='Neighbor'] (Alburnett) -- 23.1

An athletic and physical forward who has been dominant on the glass for the Pirates, Neighbor is able to get some easy buckets due to his work on the offensive glass, pulling down 5.0 boards a game on that end of the floor.

8.) 2025 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2721465' first='Kale' last='Kalous'] (Iowa Falls-Alden) -- 22.8

Kalous has taken a huge step forward as a senior, going from 9.7 points a game as a junior to nearly 23 this season. A big part of that is due to his improvement as a 3-point shooter, knocking down 39.3% of his 3-point attempts so far this season.

9.) 2026 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2520036' first='Bryce' last='Henry'] (Mid-Prairie) -- 22.5

Henry is a volume scorer who gets a lot of shots up, especially from behind the arc, averaging nearly 12 3-point attempts a game so far this season. When he gets it going, he's really tough to slow down with how well he moves without the ball in his hands and his quick release.

10.) 2027 PG [player_tooltip player_id='2420786' first='AJ' last='Harder'] (Tri-Center) -- 22.5

A talented sophomore guard who controls the game on both ends of the floor with his IQ, speed, and skill, Harder is putting up some really impressive numbers this season, averaging 4.7 rebounds, 6.5 assists, and 4.3 steals per game to go with his scoring. His combination of handles, quickness, vision, and shot making make him a really difficult player to defend.
